Canoe Wood Parched Wild Rice, Quick Cook

Taking a step back in time we revitalized the process of using a wood fire to dry this ancient Grain.

Once roasted over an open fire we minimally process this ancient grain in a traditional manner to remove the hull and part of the bran layer which gives a beautiful presentation of varying colors (every batch is slightly different). 

This product typically cooks in 25 minutes or less.
