Shipping Policy

At Canoe Wild Rice, we are committed to delivering our premium, Minnesota-harvested rice from our facility in Aitkin directly to your kitchen. To provide the best value to our retail customers, we offer straightforward shipping terms backed by our trusted partnership with UPS.

Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Lower 48 States: Standard ground shipping is included on all retail orders shipped within the continental United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: At this time, our "Shipping Included" offer does not apply to these regions. Please contact our office at info@canoewildrice.com for a custom shipping quote.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping through our online store.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Aitkin, Minnesota.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipment.
  • Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Method & Tracking
We ship using USPS or UPS to ensure your rice arrives safely.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email from Shopify containing your UPS tracking number.
  • PO Boxes: Because we ship via UPS, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Orders exceeding standard retail quantities (e.g., palletized 107oz cans or large wholesale contracts) will require specialized freight handling. If your order is significantly larger than our standard retail packs, we reserve the right to contact you regarding specific delivery logistics.

Online Rebate Exclusion
Please note that Canoe Wild Rice Retail Rebates are for in-store purchases only. Retail rebates are excluded from all online sales and phone orders. Our online pricing is designed to provide the best possible value, including shipping costs, directly to your door.
