Canoe's Roll Cut Wild Rice is uniform pieces of wild rice that have been split during the milling process. Due to the size of this wild rice it typically cooks faster and yields smaller blossomed kernels. 

If you are creating an entree with other rice or grains this is the perfect addition to blend into your final creation.

Being an additional process the wild rice is put through; stock can be limited.
